We have lived in Florida for 27 years. We have been blessed to have had many excellent tradesmen help around our home. Lanin is the very best. He is very skilled working with tile. He and his team exceeded every expectation. He installed 530 feet of wall tile for us, after removing old tile and prepping the master bathroom. He found damaged wood near the bath and immediately repaired it with new wood! Fantastic. Vinny his excellent helper cleaned and vacuumed our house EVERY DAY. They both arrived exactly when they said and worked full days. Such care. We were happy to pay for all materials because he knew exactly what he needed. After he began we asked him to tile the shower floor another 25!feet and he matched the wall tile perfectly. If it has to do with tile Lanin is the best.

I’ve had one tile that needed to be replaced and Lanin still came! He cut the tile, n cemented in place!! Lanin was so fast n efficient I couldn’t believe that I had waited 2 years to fix it!

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with Lanin, the "Tilesman" for a day. I live in St. Petersburg, Kenwood. I hired him to do two small but custom-detailed tile jobs.
The first was replacing the 100-year-old tile inlaid into heart pine hardwood floors in my living room in front of the fireplace. We discussed the design (the size of the space was not uniform), and he cut the new porcelain Mexican unsealed tiles to perfection. The picture spotlights his craftsmanship.
The second job entailed even greater skills as we inlaid the porcelain Mexican unsealed tile into a 100-year-old floor furnace space. This job, too, was inlaid and surrounded by the heart pine hardwood floors. The space required new joists, subfloor, and leveling before he could place the tile. Once again, he worked to perfection, cutting the tiles as well as the tile trim. The picture highlights his work.
I highly recommend Lanin; he speaks three languages, is meticulous, and is spotless with his clean-up!
